about

framing shouldn't be complicated.

we're based in brisbane. we started lowercase framing because getting a canvas professionally framed was always harder than it needed to be: expensive, slow and out of your hands. you dropped off your artwork and hoped for the best.

we wanted to change that, every kit includes a premium canvas to paint on and a timber frame you put together yourself. the timer is pre cut, the joining system is built into the wood, and it includes an allen key and instructions. you don't need special tools or skills, and assembly takes under 3 minutes.

choose tasmanian oak, a hardwood that lasts longer and also comes in ebonised black, or clear pine, our budget-friendly option with a light cream tone. Both come in three sizes: small, medium and large.

the frame is designed to be reused, so when you finish your next painting, you can swap it in. it's framing on your terms made in brisbane, put together at home, at your own pace, and delivered anywhere in australia.
